C&M Plumbing Supervisor for Wilmington, NC
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily operations of the department
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling, filing, and data entry
- Implement and enforce organizational policies and procedures
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure high-quality performance
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients or customers
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in using office software and equipment for administrative tasks
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Plumbing experience in residential, construction, service.
- Basic math skills for inventory management and financial reporting
