Summary:

Prepares ingredients and components to be used for meal preparation.

Responsibilities:

Utilizes a wide range of kitchen tools, equipment, and utensils.Adheres to all HACCP guidelines regarding the requisition, storage, handling and preparation of food as well as in the sanitation and maintenance of work area.Supports the production of meals for distribution to patients, the cafeteria, physicians and catering services.Performs washing, cutting, chopping, measuring of ingredients, and other tasks as requested by the Executive Chef.
