Position Summary:

The President will serve as the top executive leader of the company, responsible for guiding business strategy, cultivating new opportunities, and ensuring operational excellence. This role requires a strong balance of commercial acumen, leadership presence, and hands-on involvement with decision-making across sales, operations, and finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide overall leadership and strategic direction to achieve company growth and profitability objectives.
• Drive new business development and large-scale sales opportunities with existing and prospective customers.
• Oversee decision-making across sales, operations, finance, and administration to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Partner with the management team to optimize processes, increase efficiency, and improve quality across all areas of the organization.
• Ensure the company maintains a competitive edge through innovation, customer focus, and operational discipline.
• Develop and mentor the leadership team to foster accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.
• Represent the company in industry events, trade shows, and community activities as a brand ambassador.

Qualifications:

• Proven executive leadership experience in manufacturing, preferably within a small to mid-sized integrated organization.
• Strong track record of driving sales growth, business development, and customer acquisition.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee cross-functional decision-making and lead diverse teams.
• Financial acumen with experience managing P&L responsibility.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to be both strategic and hands-on in execution.
