Your Role:

• Ensure Project Readiness: Meet customers to review their projects and power wash houses to prepare them for painting, ensuring all materials are ordered and delivered before paint crews arrive.
• Market Our Services: Place marketing materials (signs, flyers) and engage with neighbors near our painting projects to generate new business opportunities.
• Coordinate and Communicate: Conduct kick-off meetings with customers and paint crews to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Monitor and Document Progress: Visit multiple job sites daily to inspect quality, report progress to the management team, and document the process with photos and videos for marketing and managerial purposes.
• Maintain Professional Standards: Ensure painters are wearing company shirts, job sites are organized and professional-looking, and company signage is in place.
• Deliver Excellence: Walk around the house with the customer and paint crew at the end of the project to ensure the end product meets expectations and the customer is happy.
• Gather Feedback: Earn Google reviews and customer testimonials after a job well done, and collect final payments upon project completion.

Your Qualifications:

• Driver's License and Vehicle: Must have a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and the ability to carry a step ladder and power washer.
• Experience Counts: Previous experience in construction management or estimating is preferred but not required.
• Educational Excellence: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Industry Insights: Knowledge of the painting industry is a significant advantage.
