What You'll Do

• Lead design-build projects from concept through completion.
• Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and change orders.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors.
• Prepare submittals, respond to RFIs, and interpret geo-technical reports.
• Contribute to estimating and early project planning.
• Mentor junior team members and share your expertise.

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience in construction project management, estimating, or field operations.
• Strong understanding of design-build processes and project delivery.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable leading teams and collaborating across disciplines.
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent field experience we value proven results just as much as formal education.
