Midtown Athletic Club, located at 2300 Royal Palm Blvd., Weston, Florida 33326, is seeking a Racquet Sports Manager to captain club racquet sports, tennis and pickleball programs and activities, who is passionate about helping members and will foster their love of racquet sports. The racquet sports manager will be the leader for all racquet sports within the club as Midtown strives to continue to be the industry gold standard for racquet sports programming. This individual is nimble and adaptable to the changing landscape of the industry and will thrive in a people environment, bringing an energetic and inspiring leadership to racquet sports programs. Responsibilities include recruiting and hiring racquet sports coaches, developing Midtown coaches, focusing on improving the player experience, growing programs, events and activities player participation, focusing on retaining players, and contributing and collaborating on overall club management with senior leader team partners. Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant racquet sports (tennis) leadership experience, proven programming experience for groups and private instruction for adults and youth, be Safe Play certified or willing to become Safe Play certified prior to hiring, possess nationally recognized racquet sports certification(s), display a growth mindset and curiosity, and be an enthusiastic ambassador for racquet sports every day.
