Job Description

Regional Age of Extended Eligibility – Bangor High School Certification as Special Education Teacher necessary (282) Experience working with students who have Autism and/or intellectual disabilities preferred Certified and able to implement strategies of Safety Care Interventions necessary Ability to develop and implement individual education plans necessary Ability to develop and implement behavoral interventions plan required Ability to evaluate students and write evaluation reports needed Experience using AAC devices preferred Ability to work as part of a team required Ability to organize and coordinate with community agencies Ability to coordinate and execute job skills for students Ability to assist with Adult Daily Living (ADL) skills EOE
