Job Description:
We are seeking reliable and experienced caregivers to join our team in the San Leandro, Oakland, and Hayward areas. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of professional caregiving experience, a dependable vehicle, and valid insurance.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal and essential care, including assistance with daily activities and companionship.

• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands.

• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for clients.

• Engage clients in activities and social interactions to promote well-being.

• Follow care plans and communicate effectively with the care team.

• Be punctual, dependable, and respectful of clients preferences.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving experience.

• Valid drivers license, reliable car, and active auto insurance.

• Must be dependable and committed to client safety and care.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Must have HCA certificate or have worked in Home Care, Assisted living setting within the last year or two.
