Job Overview
This position will be responsible for the development of a marketing plan for Belco Packaging Systems, Inc. This includes website development, trade shows, advertising, market research and lead generation. The purpose of this job is for recruiting new customers and distributors and the retention and expansion of relationships with existing customers.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

o Marketing:

• Plan and oversee execution of promotional activities including print, electronic media, trade show, direct mail, signage and promotional items.
• Negotiate contract terms with outside agencies and suppliers.
• Define opportunities and identify threats derived from marketing analysis.
• Provide regular reports and status on marketing programs.
• Help establish and maintain consistent corporate image throughout our product lines, promotional materials and events.
• Work closely with distributors, end users and internal sales to gather feedback and use their information to further strengthen our brand.
• Support outside sales.
• Monitor competitor activity.
• Coordinate the company’s efforts to ensure that the customer’s expectations are being met.
• Participate with social media platforms promoting Belco products.

o Documentation:

• Develop and ensure comprehensive documentation for projects worked on. Control and protect all Belco proprietary information.
• Review documentation, manuals, revision and customer support information for completeness and accuracy.
• Create picture and video content for brochures, advertising and promotional items.

o Planning and Scheduling:

• Ability to schedule and plan projects to meet customer delivery requirements.

o Communication:

• Communicate internally with all levels of the operation including staff, vendors, management and customers on a daily basis.

o Education:

• Participate in training as required for Belco machine knowledge.
• Participate in training as required for specialty computer programs.

o Additional duties to be assigned by management as neede
