*Description* The Home Depot is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to help the Pro Product team with administration and configuration tasks. This team manages a Salesforce instance with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, supporting around 2,000 users across the outside sales teams and Pro Support Center. This position involves extensive customization and optimization of Salesforce to achieve the needs and objectives of the Pro business, requiring collaboration with various stakeholders. 70% - Platform Management - Customize Salesforce to effectively conduct Pro business processes and workflows. Manage and maintain user accounts, profiles, and roles within Salesforce. Build and maintain custom reports and dashboards or models to provide actionable insights into business data. Evaluate new releases of Salesforce to determine functionality requirements and provide detailed information on how changes will apply to all affected departments/users. *Skills* Salesforce, crm, configuration, LWC, Lightning, jira *Top Skills Details* Salesforce,crm,configuration,LWC,Lightning,jira *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Key responsibilities include: Building Salesforce Flows to automate processes Potentially developing Lightning Web Components (LWCs) if required Improving the blueprint takeoff process to reduce the 'days to quote' timeline from 6-14 days to 2-7 days Integrating with Jira for agile project management Leveraging Salesforce DevOps best practices and the out-of-the-box DevOps center *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $75.00/hr.
