Job Description - Overview

As the S/4 BASIS ADMINISTRATOR , the successful candidate is responsible for managing and coordinating BASIS Administration practices to support Hobby Lobby. The candidate will be capable of managing and maintaining multiple SAP systems. Manage the propagation of system changes throughout the SAP landscape. Work with internal teams to develop secure, stable, and scalable solutions that meet customer commitments and IT department goals. Collaborate with project managers and business analysts to ensure projects are on track and also to resolve issues and provide root cause analysis for defects. Primary Functions/Job Description

1. Role will have rotating on-call responsibilities, interaction for consulting, project execution, SAP landscape performance tuning, and other activities associated with support of S/4 HANA SAP environments.
2. Work with OS & DB Administrators for optimal SAP Performance.
3. Manage system performance, upgrades, corrections, and transport management (CTS/TMS), client and landscape strategies, batch scheduling.
4. Provide technical upgrades functional and technical enhancements.
5. Installation, upgrade and maintenance of SAP and SAP related software products. Current production version is S/42022.
6. Perform SAP Software Installation, maintenance and administration of Windows based servers running SAP FI/HR, Solution Manager, Fiori.
7. Daily monitoring, administrating, troubleshooting and tuning of all SAP systems.

Job Description - Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related area of study.
• 5+ years of experience as an SAP Basis Administrator.
• HANA Studio and Cockpit experience.
• Excellent SQL skills.
• Linux and Windows experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
