Job Description Pay Rate: $30 / hour paid WEEKLY with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and life insurance. Security Dispatch / Global Security Operations Center Experience Required. Role: Responsible for managing communications and coordination within the facility. Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in security dispatch or 911 emergency operations, with demonstrated expertise in Security Operations Center (SOC) protocols. Candidates must be 21+ years of age with security operations experience working with law enforcement, alarm monitoring/testing, and dispatching security assets to respond to requests for service. Allied Universal is hiring a Hospital Security Operation Center (SOC) Dispatcher. The Hospital SOC Dispatcher will answer telephones and dispatch hospital security personnel accordingly, observe for signs of crime or disorder, monitor video recording devices, and provide information quickly and accurately to the appropriate individuals. The Dispatcher is also responsible for documenting incidents in detailed reports and assisting with the functions of physical and personal security and safety measures of staff, members, and visitors at the healthcare facility. Responsibilities Answer telephones, acknowledge alarm signals, monitor video recording devices as assigned throughout the service area, and accurately provide pertinent information to the Security SOC Supervisor. Document incidents (including names, actions, and times) on the Daily Activity Report. Respond to the security needs of the assigned healthcare facility, its agents or contractors, and personnel. Qualifications Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. No prior work experience required.
