SENIOR CONSULTANT ROLE DESCRIPTION
The role of a Senior Consultant is a pivotal part of a successful Kotter engagement team. In support of the Engagement Lead on an account, you will assist in the design, delivery and facilitation of client meetings, working sessions, and workshops and will be instrumental in producing and tracking client deliverables. The role requires strong project management skills and analytical ability, creativity and presentation skills. Additionally, you may be asked to facilitate the suite of courses within Kotter's Change curriculum in support of Kotter's Training services.
While driving transformation and different ways of working within our client engagements, this role will involve conducting stakeholder interviews and synthesizing findings, conducting stakeholder and impact analyses, drafting charters and communications plans, as well as utilizing additional change management tools and frameworks. Working directly with clients, both on-site as well as virtually, strong relationship building capability with multiple stakeholders of all levels is necessary. Surrounded by a team of talented professionals, you will be exposed to all facets of leadership, transformation and Kotter's proven research and process.
The primary duties and responsibilities of the Senior Consultant are wide ranging and varied in support of our client engagements. The nature of this support will vary from engagement to engagement, depending on the size and complexity of the account. This is a client-facing role requiring session design and participation virtually and on-site resulting in significant travel at times.
