The Amazon People Insights team sits at the core of the People Experience and Technology (PxT) organization, delivering world-class data foundations, analytics, and visualizations that empower leaders across HR, Worldwide Operations, and Corporate functions. Whether it’s enhancing employee engagement in Fulfillment Centers, enabling ultra-fast delivery through Prime Now, or supporting flexible pickups via Amazon Locker, the People Insights team ensures that leaders across Amazon’s vast operations have the data they need to lead with clarity and impact. Key job responsibilities- 7+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering scalable, data-driven products in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- 3+ years of people leadership experience, successfully managing and mentoring teams of Product Managers to drive impactful outcomes.
- Deep understanding of product lifecycle management, from ideation to execution and iteration, with a focus on customer-centric design.
- Strong technical acumen, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, data science, and UX teams.
- Experience working with large-scale data platforms, analytics, and AI-powered products, with a focus on delivering actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience building and scaling Gen AI products, especially leveraging AWS technologies such as Bedrock, SageMaker, or OpenSearch.
- Experience in the people analytics, HR tech, or workforce management space, with an understanding of how data and insights drive HR and business decision-making.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
- Experience with agile product development methodologies, including working closely with cross-functional teams in an iterative, fast-paced delivery environment.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to translate complex data and insights into clear product strategies and roadmaps that drive business impact.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science, or a related field.
- Passion for building products that have a tangible, positive impact on global teams and individuals within a large, diverse organization.
