The Opportunity

Did you know that Adobe.com is one of the most heavily trafficked corporate websites in the world, the front door for the majority of our customers, and a primary revenue generator for Adobe? We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team who will focus on making Adobe.com an outstanding experience for all visitors! This person will formulate the strategy for Creative Cloud on Adobe.com. Connect customers to Photoshop, Illustrator, and all the apps and services they rely on to fuel their creativity.

What you'll do

  • Use data and insights to find opportunities to create innovative capabilities and compelling user experiences. Develop a 612 month roadmap with the ability to focus on and prioritize key themes.

  • Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Program Management to rapidly conceptualize, prototype, market validate, and launch new product ideas and innovations.

  • Define measurable goals, set priorities, and lead a backlog of features and functionality; work with engineering, design, and QE to meet those requirements.

  • Compose arguments for prioritizing items on the roadmap and work with the engineering, develop, marketing, and sales teams to establish requirements.

  • Design and conduct product discovery and optimization experiments using quantitative (A/B tests) and qualitative techniques.

  • Lead crossfunctional projects by providing project leadership and daily management throughout the project from inception to delivery.

What's needed for success

  • MBA preferred or BA/BS with a minimum of 7 years of product management or equivalent experience.

  • Passionate about small business and its specific needs globally and experience developing solutions or delivering effective online marketing for small business customers.

  • Wellversed in defining roadmaps and delivering with teams that employ agile software development methodologies.

  • Experience working with sophisticated problem spaces and an ability to handle open-ended design projects that may be ambiguous or illdefined.

  • Selfstarter with a proven record of kickstarting new initiatives and driving complex issues through analysis and resolution.

  • Results driven, attention to detail and followthrough, and ability to work effectively at all levels within the organization and with partners.

  • Excellent communication skills to and influence engineers, senior executives, and customers.

  • Ability to craft clear, compelling recommendations supported by strong analysis and business logic, and articulate them to the organization.
