Blackstone Talent Group, an award-winning technology consulting and talent agency, is seeking a Senior UX Researcher to join our clients team.ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor the product design team in an iterative, user-centered design process.Lead research responsibilities on complex, cross-functional projects across various domains.Analyze data from qualitative studies, including usability tests, interviews, participatory design, and heuristic evaluations.Conduct foundational research to inform product and design strategy.Collaborate with cross-functional teams in idea generation and exploration as a thought leader.Design, execute, and coordinate high-impact research studies (generative, evaluative, in-person, remote, moderated, unmoderated, etc.).Translate research findings into actionable insights and specific design recommendations.Partner with Market Research and Consumer Insights and Analytics teams to create a comprehensive view of user data to inform design.Maintain an organized and accessible database of past research documentation.Demonstrate a strong passion for design research and user-centered design.Experience conducting both qualitative and quantitative user research.Additional InformationBlackstone Talent Group is a subsidiary of Blackstone Technology Group, providing IT services and software solutions across various industries and the US Federal Government.
