Job Description

Ready to make your next big professional move? Join us on our journey to achieve our big dream of building the most loved restaurant brands in the world.

Restaurant Brands International Inc. is one of the world's largest quick service restaurant companies, with nearly $45 billion in annual system-wide sales and over 32,000 restaurants in more than 120 countries and territories.

RBI owns four of the world's most prominent and iconic quick service restaurant brands – TIM HORTONS, BURGER KING, POPEYES, and FIREHOUSE SUBS. These independently operated brands have been serving their respective guests, franchisees, and communities for decades. Through its Restaurant Brands for Good framework, RBI is improving sustainable outcomes related to its food, the planet, and people and communities.

RBI is committed to growing the TIM HORTONS, BURGER KING, POPEYES, and FIREHOUSE SUBS brands by leveraging their core values, employee and franchisee relationships, and long track records of community support. Each brand benefits from the global scale and shared best practices that come from ownership by Restaurant Brands International Inc.

Role: Senior Product Manager, Easy to Run

You will be responsible for building a seamless restaurant operating experience that makes it easy to consistently deliver the best product for our guests. Your purview will encompass three pivotal domains: kitchen production management, product fulfillment, and post-order communication. Kitchen production management involves predictive demand forecasting and providing employees with real-time instructions to ensure a steady supply of fresh chicken. Product fulfillment entails optimizing the tools and interfaces used by team members to streamline speed of service and order accuracy. Post-order communication empowers restaurants to keep guests informed of their order status.

In collaboration with leadership and cross-functional partners, you will craft a comprehensive strategy for team member experience and develop a roadmap based on qualitative and quantitative analysis. Employing data and UXR principles, you will prioritize initiatives by balancing customer needs with business impact. Your role will involve close collaboration with operations, engineering, design, and analytics teams throughout the entire project lifecycle, from ideation to execution, AB testing, and delivery. You will also communicate progress and impact transparently to stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Define and deliver a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features based on business objectives, user feedback, and market trends.
  • Set KPIs as leading indicators for restaurant operations and team member experience, and measure progress towards goals.
  • Communicate the value of new products to all go-to-market teams and ensure support materials are prepared for field teams and franchise partners.
  • Identify long-term opportunities through research, analysis, and strategic market insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define success metrics, scope product features, and develop strategies that meet customer needs.
  • Promote a culture of data-driven and agile decision-making.
  • Ensure the quality and craftsmanship of developed experiences.
  • Regularly update senior leadership, stakeholders, and franchisee partners on project status and impact.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 5+ years of product management experience in software or technology industries, with a proven track record of delivering top-tier experiences.
  • Strong ability to inspire, motivate, and build cross-functional relationships.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% nationally and locally.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical decisions and core technologies.
  • Experience working with data engineering is preferred.
  • Educational or professional background in mathematics, statistics, engineering, or business is preferred.
  • Results-oriented with a bias for action and a commitment to excellence.

We offer benefits focused on physical, mental, and financial wellness, including a global paid parental leave program, free telemedicine, and mental health support.

RBI is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate based on any protected characteristic. Accommodation is available for applicants with disabilities upon request.
