The Store Security Specialist is responsible for maintaining safety and security within a retail environment by monitoring for theft, managing CCTV systems, and coordinating with law enforcement and emergency responders. This role requires prior law enforcement or military law enforcement experience and strong conflict management and communication skills. The position emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and the ability to analyze loss trends to implement effective security strategies.
