This position serves as a key liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and efficient operations. Success in this role demands exceptional organizational skills, the ability to handle confidential matters with discretion, and a proactive approach to managing priorities. Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and occasional evening or weekend work may be required. Job Description: The Work: Supervise daily activities of the executive assistant team, coordinating staffing assignments and levels. Provide direction, training, coaching, and mentorship to team members, ensuring high performance. Conduct performance evaluations and implement disciplinary actions when needed. Prioritize creation, preparation, and distribution of personnel, financial, and operational communications. Manage the CEO's business schedule, including scheduling meetings, conferences, special events, appointments, and travel arrangements. Handle complex or novel issues independently or provide guidance to team members as needed. Serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO and Board of Directors, maintaining effective communication and fostering positive relationships. You Have: Proven experience in an executive assistant or administrative capacity, with a track record of success. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with keen attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
