Requirements:

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY:

The Technical Content Creator is responsible for providing excellent technical materials to support multiple departments, customers and internal personnel that exceed customer expectations in a manner that is consistent with the company values and operating philosophy.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of assigned products including construction, application, operation and service.
  2. Construct workflow and process documentation, including standard work documents, training content and troubleshooting guides.
  3. Provide documentation and digital content for technical support and training on assigned products.
  4. Tech Support- Provide direct support to customers via phone, email and other means of communication.
  5. Assist training specialist with training portal maintenance and digital content management.

QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Certifications and Required Experience):

  1. Proven track record of providing technical support documentation.
  2. Experience with visual aid software for video editing, content creation and documentation purposes.
  3. Comprehensive understanding of troubleshooting, controls and combustion.
  4. Experience with Microsoft Office Applications.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Multitasking- The ability to work on multiple projects both short and long term at the same time.
  2. Travel – work requires travel by car and includes extended periods of sitting. This could include trips to customer sites as well as other Fulton and Volcanic offices.
  3. Vision – visual acuity is require to view a computer terminal and to analyze data.
  4. Light Work – occasional exertion of 20 pounds or less. Moderate walking, standing and sitting.
