\n\nJob Details:
\n• 2 years of experience required
\n• CMD certification required
\n• Floating required to Monroe, Toledo, Memorial, and CVH facilities
\n• Work with patient age groups including pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
\n• 4 hours of orientation provided
\n• Scrubs provided by facility
\n• Free parking available
\n• Work settings include adult acute care, adult outpatient, pediatric acute care, and pediatric outpatient
\n• Experience required with beam modifying/positioning including beam modifiers, block cutting, CBCT/kV/mV imaging, and wedges
\n• Proficiency needed in dosimetry & QA systems including electron beam therapy, IMRT, MOSFET/OSLD systems, radioactive isotopes, and secondary MU calculation software
\n• Linear accelerator experience required with Eclipse (Varian), Varian TrueBeam, and Varian TrueBeam Edge
\n• Pretreatment experience needed including 4D CT simulation, CT simulation, custom molds, image fusion/registration, MRI, and tumor localization
\n• Treatment planning system experience required with auxiliary devices, Eclipse (Varian), and Pinnacle (Phillips)
\n• Specialty treatment experience required including brachytherapy, SBRT, stereotactic radiosurgery, VMAT, and respiratory gating
\n• Professional skills required include calculating radiation dose, designing treatment plans, DVH analysis, field shaping, and radiation safety
\n• Computerized charting experience required with ARIA, DICOM-RT, and PACS systems
\n• Unit accepts first-time travelers
\n• Fingerprinting required with 4-6 week processing time for Ohio FBI/BCI results
