Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) that is licensed or in the immediate process, and qualifies, of obtaining Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of IN to work in the specialty area of Home Health Care.

• This is a contract, 5x8 days position. (Monday - Friday)
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week.
• Must meet minimum productivity expectation of 30 points per week.
• This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.
• Territory: North Indy Fishers, Atlanta, Carmel, Cicero, Ingalls, Noblesville, Carmel

Minimum Requirements include:

• 1 year of recent experience as a(n) Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Home Health Care within the past 3 years.
• Home Health OASIS and HCHB exp.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license within the state of practice.
