This is a full-time opportunity supporting a variety of client environments, offering the chance to work with cutting-edge technologies and gain hands-on experience across desktop support, system administration, and basic networking. This is a client-facing, field-based role ideal for someone with 4–8 years of experience who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working directly with end users. You’ll have the opportunity to work in multiple environments, develop both technical and professional consulting skills, and make a visible impact. Candidates must have their own reliable vehicle and be willing to travel throughout Boston and the surrounding North Shore area. Required Skills & Experience 4–8 years of IT support experience in a client-facing or consulting environment Strong experience with Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Office 365 administration Solid understanding of basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routers/switches, firewalls) Experience with desktop and laptop troubleshooting (Dell, HP, Lenovo, etc.) Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools Excellent communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Desired Skills & Experience Windows Server administration (2016/2019/2022) Basic PowerShell scripting or automation experience M365/Azure Active Directory exposure Experience with backup and antivirus solutions (e.g., Datto, Veeam, Sophos) MSP or multi-client experience is a strong plus Tech Breakdown What You Will Be Doing 60% Windows Desktop/Office 365 20% Windows Server / AD 20% Basic Networking (switches, firewalls, routers) Daily Responsibilities 70% Hands-On Technical Support 10% Client Communication & Travel 20% Internal Collaboration & Documentation The Offer Bonus eligible You Will Receive The Following Benefits Medical Insurance Dental Benefits Vision Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.
