A-Line Staffing is hiring for multiple remote, full-time healthcare support positions in specialty pharmaceutical patient access and quality assurance.

General Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Proficient with MS Office and other computer applications
Strong verbal/written communication and multitasking skills
Customer service experience preferred

1. Remote Prior Authorization & Benefits Case Manager (Job Number: DGREEN154291)
Manage the full lifecycle of patient insurance benefits verification, prior authorization submissions, and appeals processes. Collaborate with patients, providers, and insurers to ensure timely access to specialty medications. Provide expert guidance on insurance coverage, out-of-pocket costs, and reimbursement pathways to maximize patient adherence and satisfaction.
Schedule: Fixed 8am–5pm CST, Mon–Fri
Pay: $20.00/hr
Qualifications:
2–4 years industry experience preferred, patient-facing or customer service background
Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial payer policies preferred
Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer literacy skills
High school diploma or equivalent required

2. Healthcare Reimbursement Support Coordinator (Remote) (Job Number: DGREEN154289)
Serve as liaison managing patient reimbursement support, handling calls with patients, providers, and referral sources. Complete referrals and applications, investigate inquiries related to insurance coverage and claims, and provide empathetic, effective service. Ensure accurate, compliant documentation throughout reimbursement processes.
Schedule: Fixed 8am–5pm CST, Mon–Fri
Pay: $20.00/hr
Qualifications:
1–3 years customer service or related experience preferred
Knowledge of payer policies and call center operations preferred
Strong multitasking, communication, and computer skills

3. Senior Quality Assurance Coordinator (Remote) (Job Number: DGREEN154290)
Lead quality assurance by evaluating calls and cases for compliance with policies and regulations. Coach teams for performance improvement, analyze trends, conduct root cause analyses, and recommend corrective actions. Participate in internal/external calibrations and quality initiatives to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.
Schedule: Flexible Mon–Fri shifts between 7am–8pm CST
Pay: $20.00/hr
Qualifications:
3+ years experience in quality assurance or patient support programs preferred
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
Proficiency with MS Office and quality systems knowledge
High school diploma or equivalent; related certification preferred

4. Remote Customer Service Data Intake Specialist (Job Number: DGREEN154288)
Process inbound pharmacy and patient documents with accuracy and attention to detail. Identify and report adverse events, maintain data integrity across systems, and support patient safety and compliance requirements in a fast-paced remote environment.

Qualifications:
1+ year customer service or data entry experience preferred
