We are seeking an International Benefits Manager to oversee the strategy, design, and administration of our benefits programs, with a specific focus on EMEA, APAC, and Canada. This role is crucial for ensuring our benefits offerings meet local market needs, comply with regional regulations, and reflect our commitment to employee well-being.
The ideal candidate will have experience with Workday benefits functionality, including leading integrations and implementations, and supporting system enhancements. The role also involves managing RFP processes for vendor selection and ensuring smooth transitions during new vendor onboarding and system updates.

Hourly rate-starting at $80.00/hr DOE
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a global benefits strategy with an emphasis on EMEA, APAC, and Canada, ensuring programs are competitive, equitable, and aligned with company objectives.
Oversee and administer all types of leave programs across EMEA, APAC, and Canada, including statutory and company-sponsored leave options.
Lead the integration and implementation of Workday benefits modules, ensuring systems are optimized for benefits administration.
Manage the Request for Proposal (RFP) process for selecting benefits vendors and services globally.
Leverage AI tools, such as ChatGPT, to enhance employee communication and automate routine inquiries.
Champion our global well-being commitment, designing and implementing programs that address physical, mental, and financial health across regions.
Lead the benefits renewal process for EMEA, APAC, and Canada, negotiating plan designs, costs, and contracts.
Manage relationships with global brokers and regional vendors, fostering strong partnerships in EMEA, APAC, and Canada.
Partner with HR Business Partners, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure seamless execution of global benefits programs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in global benefits and leave management with expertise in EMEA, APAC, and Canadian practices.
Strong knowledge of regional regulations, market trends, and cultural nuances in benefits, well-being programs, and leave administration.
Experience with Workday Benefits, including system integrations, implementations, and configuration.
Proven ability to lead RFP processes and manage vendor transitions and implementations.
Proficiency in managing large-scale projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
HR certifications such as GPHR, SPHR, or CEBS.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Familiarity with global benefits platforms and advanced HR technologies.
