Job Overview
We are seeking a Parts Counter Person to support our dealership’s day-to-day operations. In this role, you will assist both customers and technicians by identifying and locating the right parts, offering knowledgeable support, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers at the parts counter with professionalism and courtesy
• Accurately identify and locate automotive parts based on customer or technician needs
• Maintain organized and up-to-date inventory records
• Process parts orders and provide timely updates on order status
• Collaborate with the service department to fulfill internal parts requests
• Manage returns, exchanges, and warranty claims efficiently
• Share product knowledge and recommendations with customers
• Keep the parts counter clean and organized

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in automotive parts or dealership setting is a plus
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Friendly, professional attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Basic computer proficiency for order entry and inventory tracking
• Knowledge of automotive parts and systems is highly beneficial
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
