What will you do in your role?- Maintain professional relationships with employees, guests and vendors
- Ship and receive mail, packages and deliveries
- Assist with New Hire Orientation
- Book and schedule nationwide travel arrangements (flights, hotels, car rentals, meeting spaces) for employees and guests.
- Maintain up-to-date travel databases and contact information.
- Assist with miscellaneous tasks and projects
- Maintain knowledge of Russell Cellular and Verizon Wireless policies and procedures
- Attend Monthly Meetings
- Prepare coffee each morning and throughout the day; wipe down counters and ensure teas, sugars, and supplies are replenished.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of coffee and supplies; place orders as needed.
- Check kitchen for cleanliness, wiping down stoves, counters, and cleaning microwaves.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and presentation of conference rooms, family room, game room, quiet room, and other employee areas.
- Check bathrooms for cleanliness and adequate supplies; replenish as necessary.
- Blow debris off patios and wipe down tables and chairs.
- Sustain confidentiality
Qualifications: - Competency in PC required for Outlook/E-mail and MS Office (Excel, Word)
