What You’ll Do

As a Landscape Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind project execution and client satisfaction. You’ll manage timelines, coordinate crews and subcontractors, and ensure quality standards are met across every job. Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing large-scale residential and complex commercial landscape projects
• Organizing crew leads, subcontractors, materials, and equipment
• Managing labor costs and keeping unbillable hours within target thresholds
• Ensuring timely, on-budget completion of projects that meet or exceed client expectations
• Leading with safety, compliance, and team development in mind
• Acting as a key liaison between clients, internal teams, and suppliers
