Remote Work-at-Home We are looking for full-time bilingual call center representatives to support projects for a wide variety of clients. In this role, you will troubleshoot basic technical issues, build strong relationships with customers, fact-find to identify needs, and recognize opportunities to upsell new products and services. Candidates should be natural problem solvers who strive to provide excellent customer service and satisfaction. Position Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound contacts courteously and professionally Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve issues Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required Utilize systems and technology for account management Document and process customer claims accurately Follow scripts, policies, and procedures Use knowledge base and training to answer questions Maintain confidentiality of information Escalate issues appropriately Ensure first call resolution Participate in meetings and training to stay updated Adhere to attendance and schedule requirements Candidate Qualifications Are you a good fit? The ideal candidate will possess: High School Diploma/GED Experience with data entry and computer use Fluent in English and Spanish High-speed internet (20Mbps+) Excellent communication skills Typing speed of 20+ WPM Ability to work scheduled shifts, including training Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Computer literacy and ability to learn new systems Reliability and punctuality Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Customer service orientation Ability to multitask and self-manage Team-oriented and adaptable to change Strong interpersonal skills Preferred (not required): One year of experience in customer service or related fields Conditions of Employment Must be authorized to work in the respective country. Willingness to submit to background checks, security investigations, and drug screening.
