The ideal candidate has experience working on both residential and commercial projects and is proficient in using an aluminum brake for custom capping. Learn more about us at Key Responsibilities Install and replace residential and/or commercial windows and doors with expert‑level precision. Use an aluminum brake to measure, bend, and install custom‑fit aluminum trim (capping/wrapping). Ensure weather‑tight, level, and code‑compliant installations. Safely load, transport, and handle windows, doors, and installation materials. Maintain a clean and organized job site throughout the project. Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and project managers. Troubleshoot and resolve any installation challenges with professionalism. Represent Superior Home Co with reliability and pride in craftsmanship. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in window and door installation (residential or commercial). Proficiency with aluminum brake tools for bending and installing aluminum wrapping. Strong carpentry and finishing skills, with attention to clean and accurate detail. Ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials (50+ lbs) and work from ladders. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Strong work ethic, dependability, and a commitment to quality. High School Diploma or GED required. Must be self‑motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team.
